My wife and I being new real estate investors, we needed someone who was knowledgeable and patient. Patrick had both of these qualities. He understood our objectives, sent us listings that met our criteria and ultimately showed us the property we ended up buying. He always seemed available, even when you wouldn't think a realtor would be, with very fast response times. Overall, he's just a really nice guy, easy-going and professional. I have no complaints and know of no reason to not use him for our next purchase. "Negotiation Skills" are difficult to rate, but I defaulted to 5 stars since he excelled in all other categories.

We had our home on the market for 6 months with a "prime" relator from Dallas and had very few showing and just very little effort. Patrick took our listing and went right to work for us, brining us SEVERAL offers to choose from - including all cash. We accepted one in less than a week. His kindness, expertise and thorough approach was more than we could have hoped for - I would HIGHLY recommend Patrick to anyone.

Where do we start? We met Patrick in September 2022? We were moving my husband to Shreveport for his work, so we were in Longview in passing. (Lived in Houston) We connected early morning and he said he could show us some houses in a couple hours after talking and again the next day. I think we went again a couple of weeks later to see some houses, and when we couldn’t be present, Patrick went out of his way to do a walk through and record a video of the home for us. We saw so many! The communication was phenomenal. We didn’t know him and he didn’t know us, but we became friends with him during and after this entire process. Heck! He’s already sold us our home and he still reaches out to see how we’re doing! He’s very personable, knowledgeable, and direct. We finally purchased our home in February 2023 , Patrick made that happen and we’re so grateful for him. We were under a contingent offer since October and he was extremely patient with our ups and downs throughout this mess. We wouldn’t use any other realtor, but him out here in east Texas. But we are a little bias, he’s the best!!!

Patrick was great to work with. He listened well and provided me very relevant listings. I live out of state so he worked closely with my family members in the area walking them thru houses on my behalf. Really appreciated him making the time to do videos of each walk thru for me and following up with me via phone calls after each one.
